Here are the Steps:
1. Pay your fee to begin.
Select your plan and pay your flat fee to get started.
Once payment is received, we'll contact you to schedule your intake call and send a short form and checklist to help us both prepare. You'll speak directly with your lawyer during the call to confirm your needs and goals.
If we find that your situation calls for a different kind of planning—or isn't a good fit for our service—you’ll be eligible for a refund or credit toward a different service. [ADD PAY BUTTON]
2. Complete our short intake form and checklist.
This will help us both get organized and make the most of your planning call.
3. Your planning call.
After we’ve received your intake form, we will set up a telephone or virtual meeting (Zoom or Google Meet). On that call, you’ll discuss your situation and specific needs with your attorney so we have everything we need to prepare your legal documents.
These calls normally run 30-45 minutes.
4. Review your drafts.
After your call, your attorney will prepare your customized legal documents and send them to you by email.
You’ll receive a brief follow-up call to walk you through everything and ensure you understand everything before you sign. At that point, we will schedule a remote document specialist meet at your home, work or in the hospital — or — for POA’s and Medical Directives we can direct you to a local notary if you prefer.
5. Sign and finalize with our document specialist.
We’ll guide you through the final steps so your documents are legally valid and ready to use.
Timeline: Most clients complete everything within 3 weeks or less.
