What’s Not Included
We focus on efficient, straightforward estate planning — but not every situation fits inside a flat-fee box. The following services are not included in the packages above:
Tax planning or advice
Medicaid or long-term care planning
Complex trusts or asset protection structures
Special needs trusts
Business succession planning
Property transfers or deeds
Out-of-state legal advice
Ongoing legal counsel or retained services
If your needs are more complex, we’ll do our best to make a referral — or, where appropriate, discuss custom pricing for additional services.
How It Works
Most clients complete their planning within 2–3 weeks. The process is simple:
Choose your package and submit the intake form with your payment.
Initial planning session (30–45 min via Zoom or phone).
We draft your documents and send them for your review.
Final review session and execution checklist.
A traveling notary or document specialist meets you to finalize and witness the signing (typically $100–$150; possibly higher in remote areas).
We store a copy in our secure client file at no extra charge.
Clear. Personal. Convenient.
